Our Beginning

Our founder Ronald L. Graichen is an Enrolled Agent.  He has been practicing since 1965.  He graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.  He is also a graduate of the National Tax Practice Institute.  He has been a member of the Orange County Society of Enrolled Agents since 1983 and served as Chapter Treasurer for two years.  He is also a member of the California Society of Tax Consultants.

Mr Graichen has been an instructor of Accounting and Taxation at Rancho Santiago College in Santa Ana and Orange, California.  He was an instructor with both the Orange County Chapter of Enrolled Agents and California Society of Tax Consultants for the IRS Enrolled Agents' Examination Review Course. He has lectured for the IRS' Small Business Workshops, the IRS' Orange County "All Tax Days" at Orange Coast College and for the Enrolled Agents' Orange County Chapter Speaker Bureau.

Mr. Graichen's background started with five years with Walter J. Wilson CPA & Associates.  Followed by four years as a Tax Senior at Price Waterhouse's Tax Department in Los Angeles. He then went into practice for himself  He moved his tax office to Tustin in 1992 to expand his practice and services offered.  his services include tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, trusts and estates; real estate and tax free exchanges; bookkeeping and payroll; small business and corporation set-up.  He also represents tax payers before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board and other state taxing agencies in negotiations with audits, collection problems, liens, levies, Offers In Compromises and Tax Court Appeals..
